I am a PhD-student working at RISE, a research institute located in Borås in Sweden. I began working here in July of 2018, after finishing my Master in Material Science and Engineering at NTNU in Norway in June the same year. During my master’s degree I was working on batteries. At RISE I am moving from batteries to studying the degradation mechanisms in PEM fuel cells and electrolysers. It has always been a goal of mine to be working on renewable energy technology and combined with my interest in materials science this project is exactly what I was looking for when searching for a PhD.
